Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Donations to Richeva Amani Foundation are intended to support our charitable activities and are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Donation made in error (duplicate transaction, incorrect amount)
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction

2. Process for Requesting Refunds

Requests for refunds must be sent to sikandar.reaf@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date, along with transaction proof and reason.

After reviewing your request, we may ask for additional documentation to verify the claim.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

3. Events and Merchandise

For cancellations or refunds related to event registrations or merchandise purchases, please refer to the specific event/merchandise policy or contact us.

Refunds for event registrations or merchandise will be subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase and may include deductions for processing or shipping costs.

4. Our Rights

The Foundation reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet the above criteria or if abuse of the policy is suspected.
